Algonquin - Pog Lake - site 223

We have been to Pog lake many times prior, but this year we booked a site in the No Pet/ No Radio zone of Pog Lake.
It seemed like a beautiful area and with private access to the lake. Last year we became proud owners of our first kayak. An inflatable kayak - Explorer K2, a 2 seater, but it comfortably fit all 3 of us. Two adults and one toddler.
The site turned out to be incredibly beautiful with gorgeous sunset views!!!

Pros:
- beautiful sunsets
 - private access to lake
- sandy boat launch, no rocks and little seaweed
- large public beach is pretty close too
- main washroom is 5 min away
- small basic washrooms are close you can see them from the site

Cons:
- slanted ground, tricky to put up more than 1 tent
- privacy is not super and neighbors are visible from one side

Overall: Definitely recommend if you have a boat or any kind of floatation device with you, but don't bring a beach ball because it will constantly roll away.
